Fridays I alternate between eggs and baked beans. Eggs tonight,probably be an omlett with a few Olives.Had the wine last night-a night off tonight.

A chicken breast, cut into pieces with a bit of Masala sauce, from a jar, and rice. Easy Friday supper after a week at work.

Snap, Grace. It's the first time I've cooked stew and dumplings for years - I usually buy from M&S. Anyway, mine was delicious.

Was going to be a roast chick but know as it is still in the oven late getting it in so going to have a light salad with chicken dippers when I can be bothered to get it ready.
